Family Mediation
The first is mediation with the parties and mediator (no lawyers), to discuss parenting arrangements. The cost for this is $880 (including GST) for up to 3 hours with an accredited mediator.
FAMILY & PROPERTY DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The second option available involves the parties, the mediator and the parties bringing their lawyers for up to 3 hours mediation. The cost for this is $1650 (including GST). These usually discuss financial as well as parenting arrangements.
